Return Policy
Please feel free to contact us with any questions PRIOR to purchase, as all of our sales are FINAL. Refunds / Exchanges will not be issued as all items are custom made to order. We are not responsible for wear and tear on our products due to usage or storage. We are so happy to answer any and all questions you may have before you place your order.

Processing Time
Our processing time does vary depending on the season. We do our best to process as quickly as possibly. Individual and smaller orders should ship within a week. Team orders may take up to two weeks to ship during peak months or when requiring new rhinestone setups. If you have a need date before these guidelines, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order and we will let you know if we will be able to accommodate you request.

Right To Refuse Order
We do reserve the right to refuse any order based on our current volume, lack of direction from buyer or the buyer failing to provide adequate high resolution images for Your Logo Products. These cases are very rare and our communication would be within 48 hours from the time the order is placed if we can not process the order as placed.


Shipping
All orders ship via USPS first class / priority mail with tracking information. Please allow for postal transit time in addition to processing time for your custom bows when placing your order.


Product Safety
Many of our items contain securely attached embellishments that are not intended for children under age 3. Our products and packaging are NOT intended for toy / play use. Please have adult supervision with use of our products & packaging.
